Topical Use

I was trying to figure out what I tasted when I took it orally. It tastes sort of "woodsy", then I put my finger on the flavor, and it is the turmeric that I tasted. Not a strong overpowering flavor, it's very mild.
This did not work for me when I took it orally, so I tried it as a rub in on sore joints instead. It gave me noticeable pain relief using it this way, compared to any other over the counter product that I've tried. It also reduced the inflammation in my knees. Thank you, I'm finally getting some relief!
