Description
Ingredients: Honey, Elderberries, Elderflower, Cinnamon, Star Anise
Uses: Can be taken daily for supporting immune system or as needed during symptoms of cold, flu, upper respiratory illness.
Dosage: take 1-2 tsp for children or 2-4 tablespoons for adults daily.
