Hells with my pain and digestion

I wanted to try nettle as an herbal remedy for my chronic pain and digestive issues. I have been adding this tincture to my herbal teas and it seems to help. It definitely has a diuretic effect! But it’s a very high quality herbal tincture. Love it.
