My order was perfect. It arrived nicely packed. I ordered 4 lip balm. Two for me and two as a gift. I love the lavender and vanilla both but there is just something about the lavender smell that soothes my soul. My lips are not dry any more and I feel like it will last me awhile. Great product!!
