Description
Ištime (Ee-shtee-may) means sleep in the Lakota Language.
Ingredients: Wild Hops, Chamomile
All Lakota Made tea blends are caffeine-free!
Uses: Promotes restful sleep.
How to Use: Steep 1-2 tablespoons in a tea infuser for 3-5 minutes per cup. At the rate of 2 tablespoons per cup twice daily there is a roughly a month supply of tea.
Store in the bag it came in or an airtight container away from any moisture.
Product comes in a resealable paper bag with approximately 2oz of loose leaf tea.
