Uses: Alleviates allergy symptoms, congestion, and bloating. Supports urinary tract health and relieve occasional constipation.

Goldenrod Tea is used to combat pain and swelling (inflammation), as a diuretic to increase urine flow, and to stop muscle spasms. It is also used for gout, joint pain (rheumatism), arthritis. Also known for helping clear up sinuses and slow drainage of sinuses. Also helps with allergies!

How to Use: Add boiling water to steep 1-3 tsp for 3-5 minutes.

Store in the bag it came in with a resealable top or an airtight container away from any moisture.

Allergies and Asthma Shut Down

As a vocalist with asthma and seasonal allergies, this tea is my life saver. I can feel my lungs fully opening up while I’m drinking this tea and that feeling lasts almost all day. It works when for congestion when I get a cold as well. I highly recommend this tea with one of the infused honeys: I add kiktá pe in the morning and Istima Pe at night.
