Uses: Supports digestion, liver, skin & immune wellness. Decreases inflammation, heartburn, and bloating.
How to Use: Steep 1-2 teaspoons in a tea infuser for 3-5 minutes. At the rate of 2 teaspoons per cup twice daily there is a roughly a month supply of tea.
Store in the bag it came in or an airtight container away from any moisture.
