Ištiŋma Pe Infused Honey

I take a teaspoon of this honey about an hour before bedtime a few times a month and it does wonders for my sleep.

I bought the roll on bug spray, the foot salve, and the infused honey for better sleep. Wow they are all absolutely incredible. I could tell there was time, intention, and care out into each product with quality ingredients. After 20 days with these products there is a noticeable difference in my feet. The cracks healed and the skin feels nourished and protected. My favorite product has been the better sleep honey. It truly has given us better sleep. It has even shown up in the data on my smart watch the Garmin and my husband's, Fitbit. The honey use has increased our rem cycles.
