Directions: Apply to pulse points to soothe nerves. For external use only.

Store in a cool dry place, like a medicine cabinet. Balms will last for up to 4 years if stored properly.

Ingredients: Shea Butter, Beeswax, Sunflower Oil infused with Rose Petals, Chamomile, Hops, Mugwort & Lavender Essential Oil.

It really helps

It has a nice light smell. I put it on my temples, behind my ears, and over my radial pulse point. I use it before going into social settings, and it really does seem to help keep me calmer.
