Wound Care Salve

Description

Product comes in a glass jar.

Uses: For supporting skin health and providing relief for cuts, burns, and rashes. For external use only.

How to Use: Apply small amount to open wound, cut, burn etc, do NOT bandage or cover and allow wound to breathe. Apply as often as needed.  For external use only.

Salves should be kept in a cool, dry area.  Do not let salves freeze or melt as this will cause the consistency to be off. The product should still work as intended if this happens, but the consistency will make it more difficult to apply.

Best salve for cuts, scrapes and bruises!

I've used Lakota Made's wound care salve for years and only now, have needed to refill it. I've also shared it with my family as a little goes a long way. "Better than Zambuk" was how I described it. My skin scars easily - cat scratches heal up but the mark remains for years. Not since I've been using wound care salve. I've even used it on surgical wound and they healed up so well, with barely a mark!

Family go to

Used on nasty scratches, abrasions and punctures. And other perminant battle wounds earned during childbirth. Seems to help, and my kid admits doesn't hurt, so I can alternate with bacitracin for cuts, abrasions and punctures (biologist know it's good to use diverse modes of action to avoid resistance). Clean feel, unscented or lightly, no stinging at application.

Very good for broken skin

I've been using this on cracked or broken skin, and it has immediately soothed the area while speeding up the rate of healing. Wonderful product with a great smell and feel!

C-section Scar

I bought this to help with my 4th C-section scar. I waited until my incision was healed/ completely closed first. Ten days post surgery is when I began using it. I've been massaging it on my incision multiple times a day for the last 11 days (and I will continue to until my jar runs out). A little bit of salve goes a long way. So far, so good. This is the thinnest and colorless a C-section scar of mine has ever looked. I know the appearance of the scar can still change since it's still so early, but I am optimistic. I genuinely believe the wound salve is working and I would buy this for a friend who is getting a scheduled C-section.
