I started drinking nettle tea to help with inflammation, I found I really enjoyed it, and this one is very nice. Nettle tea is difficult to find sold is lose bulk happy to find a small business offering it.

Healthy and good taste

I get this tea sometimes for overall wellness benefits, especially in winter when I feel like drinking hot tea. I wasn’t sure what nettle would taste like, but it is quite mild. Sometimes I add honey but it is also great plain.
