Elderberry Infused Honey

Although a bit on the expensive side, there are two reasons why I buy this honey, and why I buy it from Lakota Made. The first is that it's truly a wonderful product, and I feel healthier as I continue to use it. It's delicious and lasts me quite awhile. Totally worth e ery penny! The second reason is that I try to find more and more ways to support our indigenous native culture and people. Lakota traditions are important to me and, after all the terrible ways that our country has interacted with our Native populations, I think it's incumbent in us all to rectify those wrong by nurturing their culture and helping to restore their place of importance to the land, and to our country. Finally...they make many other winderful items, as well!!

This honey with elderberry works as medicine and as a sweet topping on toast.
