Echinacea
Echinacea has a rich history of use by Native Americans in the Great Plains as traditional herbal medicine. Today, Echinacea is commonly included in dietary supplements. Traditionally, it is used to support immune health and is recognized for its role in promoting the body's natural defense mechanisms. Echinacea is also used in topical applications to support the natural healing process of the skin.
