I am so happy I got this tea. It's just delicious as is, but I love the medicinal benefits too. It helped ease my menstral cramps and heavy bleeding I usually get at the beginning of my period. Definitely one of my favorite teas! Will purchase again!

I have PCOS and it’s been a long journey to say the least. I started down the rabbit hole of figuring out regulating things for myself naturally about 3 years ago since doctors only wanted to write me a prescription for every little thing. Through diet, exercise and a pretty intense vitamin/supplement regimen I was able to get the most on top of things I’ve ever been, but let me say the vitamins/supplements were not cheap and I was taking a minimum of 7 different ones a day. My regimen changed once I got pregnant and flash forward to where I am now several months postpartum after my first baby and getting back on the same train of trying to get things regulated. Thus far this tea has replaced ALL of the supplements I was previously buying and has yielded even better results. I take this tea every evening and that combine with diet and exercise has worked wonders for me. This stuff is worth it’s weight in gold.
